Warranty conditions LED IN MOTION c/o DATA PRINT GmbH

 

1. Scope of guarantee

    a.) The warranty period for new goods is 12 months from the date of delivery of the device. Deviations from this regulation require written confirmation by DATA PRINT GmbH.
    b.) The warranty covers the delivered appliance with all attachments that are not subject to natural wear and tear. It is provided in the form that parts which are proven to have become defective due to manufacturing and/or material defects despite proper handling and compliance with the instructions for use will be replaced free of charge.
    c.) The device will be replaced or repaired free of charge at our discretion. Alternatively, we reserve the right to replace the defective device with a successor product. Warranty services do not extend the warranty period, nor do they start a new warranty period. The warranty period for installed spare parts ends with the warranty period for the entire appliance.
    d.) DATA PRINT GmbH shall bear the costs of materials and labor.
    e.) Replaced parts shall become our property.
    f.) We are entitled to make technical changes beyond the repair in order to adapt the device to the current state of the art. technology. The customer shall not incur any additional costs for this. There is no legal claim to this.
    g.) Defective devices will be repaired free of charge at our service center in Braunschweig. The procedures for sending in defective parts must be observed in accordance with our specifications and registered via info@data-print.de. Deviating from this, the customer can also request a repair on site. In this case, the working time and travel costs are to be reimbursed by the customer, whereby travel time is considered working time. The customer must order this in writing, whereby a commitment to assume the costs must be made.
    h.) Transport to the service center and back to the reseller or end customer is at the expense (risk and cost) of the buyer, even if he receives a shipping label from DATA PRINT GmbH.

 

2. Exclusion of the guarantee

    a.) Any guarantee or warranty claims are excluded if the label with the serial number has been defaced, altered or removed from the device.

3. Supplementary regulations

    a.) The above provisions govern the legal relationship with us conclusively.
    b.) This guarantee does not justify any further claims, in particular for rescission or reduction.
Claims for damages, regardless of the legal grounds, are excluded. This does not apply in the case of intent, as liability is mandatory in this case.
    c.) In particular, claims for compensation for loss of profit, indirect or consequential damages are excluded.
    d.) We are only liable for data loss and/or the recovery of data in cases of intent. Liability for negligence in any form is excluded.
    e.) In cases of intent, we shall be liable for the typical value of the restoration costs that would have been incurred if backup copies had been made regularly and in accordance with the risks involved.
    f.) The place of jurisdiction is Braunschweig.
    g.) Should a provision of this contract be invalid or lose its legality, it is agreed that the other provisions shall remain valid (severability clause)
